SIA superhero triathlon

Every superhero needs a team.

Thanks to the generosity of our clients, partners, friends and supporters, Team Vanquish Tech took on the UK’s one and only disability sports series for the Everyday Superhero at Dorney Lake, in partnership with the Spinal Injuries Association (SIA).

SIA helps people affected by spinal cord injury to rebuild their lives through expert advice, practical guidance and advocacy.

This year, the Superhero Series, powered by Marvel, celebrated ten years of unleashing superpowers through life-changing missions, and we were incredibly proud to play a part in raising just over £2,300 to help support the vital work SIA does for people affected by spinal cord injury.

Our team took on a 400m open-water swim, 10km bike route and 2.5km push/run — and we have the medals and finisher’s T-shirts to prove it!

But the day was about far more than crossing a finish line. It was about getting involved, challenging ourselves, supporting one another and being part of an event that celebrates what people can do.

And while the event may be over, the impact of SIA’s work continues every day.
